David N. Braxton, Ph.D.
OWNER | FOUNDER
David is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel with several years of corporate leadership experience as well as small business ownership. David started Virtus Enterprises, LLC shortly after returning from Afghanistan to provide Management Consultant services. Over the years, David has gained valuable experience in meeting a diverse set of client’s service expectations across a diverse set of services while developing capable staff. As a corporate executive, David collaborated with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic plans which serves as a foundation for partnership with our clients to meet their business requirements.
David holds a PhD from Northcentral University, an MBA from Wake Forest University, a Master’s in Management from Fayetteville State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from South Carolina State University.
Ralph Harris
EXECUTIVE CONSULTANT | BUSINESS STRATEGIES
Ralph is a retired US Army Colonel with more than twenty-seven years of honorable service and several years of civil service and corporate experience. He has extensive experience in managing information technology and driving innovation to maximize business value. He routinely interfaced at the executive level with senior leaders at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, The Joint Staff, Service Secretaries and others. Ralph served in multiple leadership and command positions including Commander of the Army’s Combat Camera Company at Fort Meade, MD. He led a range of global visual information missions including combat/event documentation, video productions, training support, and other multi-media activities.
Ralph holds a Master of Science Degree in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia, a Master’s of Science in Strategic Resource Management, Industrial College of the Armed Forces National Defense University, Master of Science in Information Systems Management, Webster University, and Bachelor of Arts in Management and Finance, Southeastern Louisiana University.
Art Fennell
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER | MEDIA CONTENT
Art is a multiple Emmy Award winning journalist and producer who has worked with NBC, CBS and other local broadcast outlets as a manager, producer and talent. With an eye for detail and expert capabilities in telling stories, Art has established a global reputation as an industry leader with broad appeal to diverse audiences. His career spans more than 30 years as a news anchor, reporter, producer, documentarian and photographer. Simply put, he is a master at developing professional content at any budget level or challenging circumstance.
Highly respected for his industry insight and expertise, Art is also sought after as a Media Consultant and mentor. He is the recipient of more than 100 awards for his community and media service. He holds a Communications degree from South Carolina State University.
Ted Heck
CREATIVE DIRECTOR | PRODUCTION
Ted graduated from Hampton University with a degree in Mass Media Arts to pursue a career as a television news photographer. During his 14-year stint at CBS affiliate WTKR-TV in Norfolk, Virginia he garnered many photography and co-producing awards including Photographer of the Year from the Virginia Press Photographers Association. He also won an Iris Award from the National Association of Television Programming Executives for his work on the documentary “Is The Color Gone.” This piece is an examination of the cultural casualties of African Americans’ assimilation into mainstream society. In what Ted considers his proudest professional achievement, “Is The Color Gone” was inducted into the Museum of Television & Radio in New York City. He finished his news career with a string of Excel Awards from the Hampton Roads Black Media Professionals and an Emmy from the Capitol Region Emmy Awards.
Ted is truly a master in creativity and post-production, but these attributes come second to his dedication to customer satisfaction and genuine personality.
